How it works

INITIAL ASSESSMENT (1-ON-1)

Every athlete of TD Athletes Edge receives a detailed movement and performance assessment. This initial assessment determines the road map for designing an individualized training program for each athlete.

CUSTOM COACHING

Once the initial assessment has been completed, you will enter our custom coaching training model. Our training model is unique in the market. Custom coaching allows us to guide and educate each college-level student and athlete through an individualized training program handcrafted specifically for them.

This custom coaching training model encourages students and athletes to take control and gain independence in their athletic performance journey as they prepare for their upcoming sport season. This is not traditional group training. Our custom coaching model will always consist of a 1:4 coach-to-athlete ratio during each 60-minute training session. Every athlete in our program will always receive constant coaching instruction, support and feedback while training in a positive environment within our team-based community.

When enrolling in the custom coaching training model, each athlete commits to a training block. Prior to your first training session, you will choose whether to commit to 1, 2, 3 or 4 training sessions per week. With this in mind, we design your individualized training program accordingly.

PACKAGES

- Option 1 - $279: Initial Assessment + 4 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (1x per week)
- Option 2 - $399: Initial Assessment + 8 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (2x per week)
- Option 3 - $519: Initial Assessment + 12 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (3x per week)
- Option 4 - $639: Initial Assessment + 16 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (3x per week)
