Each session provides a total body workout

How it works

Each group session is limited to 8-12 participants.

  1. Each session will start with a group warm-up

  2. Each participant will then rotate through 8 total-body exercises

  3. The session will end with a group recovery session

important information

Dates: Wednesday 9/30 - Friday 12/18

Time: 2x sessions per week on Wednesdays + Fridays from 3:00-4:00pm

Length: 12-week program (24 total sessions)

Cost: $480 per participant ($20 per session) paid prior to or on the orientation day. No make-up sessions available
