Step 2: Get Your Assessment

We’ll dive into your training and injury history, goals, and how you move, so we can create a safe, individualized training program just for you.

Step 3: Crush Your Goals!

We coach and support you as you follow your training program, crush your goals, and set new ones!

What is an Initial Assessment?

  • 45 - 60 Minutes in length

  • One-on-one Assessment with a Professional Strength Coach

  • Serves as a roadmap for creating your unique and personalized training program

  • Allows us to learn about your health history, movement patterns, and fitness goals

  • Once you complete your initial assessment, we go over our training & membership options and help you find the best fit
