WHY SPORT SCIENCE:
I love human movement, working with people, and creative problem solving. As a sport scientist, I get to do all of these things, and in doing so, it keeps my mind active and pushes me to continue to test new ideas, learn, and grow.

FAVORITE WORKOUT:
Picking one would be like picking a favorite child. I love a good workout in the weight room, the pilates reformer, a sweat session on the stairs, and kayaking or SUP if I’m near the water.

FAVORITE FOOD:
Coffee. A breakfast salad from Catroux in Auckland, New Zealand. Fresh seafood.

FAVORITE PART OF MY JOB:
Getting to do what I love, and work with awesome people, every single day.
