BioSteel Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Freezer Fudge: Fuel your muscle recovery and gains goals with this frozen dessert using BioSteel protein.

BENEFITS:
These healthy frozen treats are ridiculously easy to make. They're packed with protein from the peanut butter and the BioSteel Advanced Recovery Formula. Adequate protein is key for muscle growth and recovery. Protein also helps to keep you from feeling hungry. When consumed responsibly, raw and local honey is a decent source of antioxidants. The coconut oil is a healthy fat source. Coconut oil provides ample medium chain triglycerides (MCT) which help to promote fat burn.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups unsweetened peanut butter
2 tablespoons raw/local honey
2 tablespoons raw/cold pressed coconut oil, sprinkle of sea salt
1 packet BioSteel Advanced Recovery Formula

INSTRUCTIONS
Brush small/shallow freezer safe baking dish with a dab of coconut oil or line with parchment paper. Place all ingredients other than BioSteel Advanced Recovery Formula in baking dish and heat in microwave for 20-40 seconds (until soft). Add BioSteel Advanced Recovery Formula. Stir until mixed through. Spread mixture evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt across the top. Place the baking dish in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Once frozen cut into bite size pieces and enjoy!
