Kids take cues from pro athletes/celebs on fashion & music, but they get their cues on health, training & nutrition from mom/dad/family.
Most kids have a few celebrity athletes or entertainers that they view as idols. With social media today, kids have a direct/constant view of the shoes they wear, the music they listen to or the cars they drive. It's inevitable and normal that they look to mimic some of these material habits.
Keep in mind that the habits (good or bad) kids form related to health, fitness, training and nutrition, come from their idols at home. It may not seem that they're paying attention but kids have a direct/constant view of the day to day health/fitness choices that mom/dad/family make. Act accordingly!
