INITIAL ASSESSMENT (1-ON-1)
Every basketball player in the TDAE Basketball Strong Program will undergo an initial assessment with our staff of performance coaches on the baseline testing day. This initial assessment will include basketball-specific tests, screens and measurements, which will help our team determine the road map for designing an individualized strength and conditioning training program for you.
Our training model is unique in the market. Custom coaching allows us to guide and educate each basketball player through an individualized training program handcrafted specifically for them. This custom coaching training model encourages you to prepare your body the right way for the upcoming basketball season through building strength, speed and durability, while enhancing your overall athletic performance. This is not traditional group training. Our custom coaching model will always consist of a 1:4 coach-to-basketball player ratio during each 60-minute training session.
- Option 1 - $599: Initial Assessment + 12 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (1x per week)
- Option 2 - $999: Initial Assessment + 24 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (2x per week)
- Option 3 - $1,349: Initial Assessment + 36 Custom Coaching Training Sessions (3x per week)
